“Resurrected” Dinos Go Everywhere
Mike Medavoy and FremantleMedia Enterprises are teaming for the multi-platform release “Dinosaurs Resurrected” says Variety.
The various productions will meld the latest discoveries by paleontologists with cutting-edge CGI animation. A primetime HD series, a narrative 3D feature, books, DVDs, merchandising, video games and live events are all expected to be produced starting in 2011.
Visual effects will be handled by British post-house Zoo, which worked on such productions as “Egypt Unwrapped” and “Predator X.”
