Pearson Adapts Ellis’ “Black Summer”
Ryne Pearson (“Knowing”) is attached to pen an adaptation of the Warren Ellis’ comic book series “Black Summer” for Vigilante Entertainment says Variety.
The story centres on superhero team the Seven Guns, a group of scientist-adventureURLrs who modified their own bodies for street-fighting.
Their goal is to take back their West Coast city from a corrupt police force, criminal local government and rapacious private security forces.
