Eric Dane Dances To “Burlesque”
McSteamy himself, “Grey’s Anatomy” star Eric Dane, has joined the cast of Steve Antin’s musical drama “Burlesque” for Screen Gems says the trades.
The story centers on the journey of Ali, an ambitious small-town girl (Christina Aguilera) with a big-town voice who finds love and success in a Los Angeles neo-burlesque club.
Dane is playing the role of a charming, highly successful businessman who offers to buy out of the burlesque club from its owner Tess (Cher) and vies for Ali’s heart.
Stanley Tucci, Cam Gigandet, Kristen Bell and Alan Cumming also star. Filming kicked off last week in Los Angeles.
