David Hayter To Voice Lead Antagonist In Phantom: Ops

nDreams Ltd. are thrilled to announce David Hayter as the voice of the lead antagonist in its highly anticipated, award winning, VR stealth-action title Phantom: Covert Ops, due to release June 25^th 2020, for Oculus Quest and Rift platforms.

Set in a Cold War naval installation on the coast of the Black Sea in 1991, Phantom: Covert Ops sees players infiltrating the secret navy base and matching wits against the disgraced ex-Soviet General Zhurov (Hayter), whose sole goal is to change the outcome of the Cold War at any cost.

“Phantom: Covert Ops is a ground-breaking next-level VR game and one of the finest stealth games I’ve ever seen or been part of,” commented Hayter. “Without doubt, virtual reality brings a new level of immersion to gaming and to be a part of that was incredibly exciting.”

A master craftsman, Hayter is a renowned actor and voice artist, with credentials including his iconic turn as Solid Snake and Naked Snake in the Metal Gear Solid series and screen writing credits which include blockbuster movies X-Men, X2 and Watchmen.
