SanDisk MicroSDXC For The Nintendo Switch
Storage is always key as being able to safely store your games and data as well as improve load times is key. The Nintendo Switch has become a very in-demand system during this time of isolation and with so many gaming options available for players; storage space is vital.
With that in mind SanDisk has released a line of Nintendo themed microSDXC cards. The cards are adorned with select Nintendo characters and come in various storage capacities.
I used a 128 GB card which I had my son and Granddaughter use on their Switch. Installation was a breeze and the 100 MBs read and 90 MBs write greatly improved the wait times. Since they have started to do more downloadable content vs cartridge based; the card was a very welcome addition as they were able to add in even more games without having to make difficult decision as to what will remain on the system and what has to go in order to make way for new content.
The card also works with the Nintendo Switch Lite which makes it ideal for those who own either or both of the Switch systems.
The units are also very favorably priced as the 128GB card can be found at some retail outlets under $30.00 which makes it a great and affordable option.
