Little Nightmares II will be available on the Stadia store today, at 3pm PT in the US, and 12am PT internationally. For Stadia Pro subscribers, Little Nightmares II is free to claim, no downloads, updates, or installs needed.

New Stadia players can sign-up for their free one month Stadia Pro trial and gain instant access to Little Nightmares II and 25+ additional games. Stadia Pro subscribers can continue building their library with new games every month, and can play their games indefinitely as long as they stay subscribed to the service.
