Subnautica: Below Zero integrates DualSense’s haptic feedback system to immerse explorers deeper in the mysterious, watery world of Planet 4546B, delivering visual and audio cues linked to key game moments ranging from tool implementation to terrifying creature encounters – all to enhance the experience for PlayStation 5 users.

Any player who already owns the first Subnautica on PlayStation 4, either in physical or digital editions, will be able to upgrade to the digital PlayStation 5 version at no additional cost. Similarly, those who purchase Subnautica: Below Zero on PlayStation 4 will be able to upgrade to the next-gen version for free.

Launching May 14 for PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Xbox Series S|X, Xbox One, PC and Nintendo Switch, Subnautica: Below Zero plunges brave explorers into an underwater world filled with all-new and vast biomes to explore, mysterious and unfamiliar creatures lurking above and below the surface and new tech for players to craft and survive.
