Tales of the Empire gives Star Wars fans a look at the darker side of the Universe in six animated tales which are generally connected by common threads and characters.
Starting in the early moments of the Clone Wars and Jedi Purge and following the years that followed, the series follows Morgan Elsbeth and Barriss Offee as they have to contend with a rapidly changing Galaxy and their former connection to the Jedi Order.
Introducing characters old and new, the series looks at the toll the oppressive Empire takes on an individual and how good and evil can become a matter of perspective.
The episodes run roughly 11- 15 minutes each making the series an ideal binge and the engaging stories and animation make this a must-watch for Star Wars fans when it arrives on Disney+ this May 4th.
