Our recent family birthday celebration in Rancho Cucamonga, California, led us to a delightful stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites. Its location proved exceptionally convenient, placing us right by major shopping and dining areas. From the moment we arrived, the friendly and helpful staff made us feel welcome, even offering us a choice of room locations. We also appreciated seeing a pet water bowl in the inviting lobby, a small detail that speaks volumes about their hospitality.
Our room itself was very spacious, providing all the standard amenities along with a wide selection of cable channels. Each morning, a hot breakfast was included, a perfect way to start the day. The hotel’s proximity to diverse dining options was a significant advantage. We enjoyed a great lunch at nearby Spaghetti Factory soon after we got there, and the abundance of grocery stores, restaurants, and shops nearby ensured we had everything we could possibly need throughout our visit. What truly set this stay apart was the staff’s proactive attention; they checked in with us a few times via text to make sure our needs were met. Though our trip was brief and we didn’t get to use the pool or gym, we would eagerly return to this Hampton Inn & Suites. Their service and amenities genuinely exceeded our expectations, making our stay incredibly pleasant.
