Saber Interactive’s 3D Realms label and developer Anshar Studios have unleashed a brutal new gameplay trailer for Painkiller, the reimagined high-octane action shooter launching Oct. 21, 2025, on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. This latest gameplay trailer takes you to the depths of Purgatory, where demons, titans, and unimaginable horrors await.
