Tripwire Interactive today launched the third seasonal update for Killing Floor 3, available to download for free now on PC (via Steam and Epic Games Store), the PlayStation®5 system, and the Xbox Series X|S console systems where the game can also be played as part of the Xbox Free Play Days from March 12-15. ‘Operation: Deep Freeze’ takes Nightfall Operatives to the southern tip of the planet in their ongoing pursuit of Dr. Moorcroft’s maniacal experiments. Deep in the frozen wastes of Antarctica, they face new challenges, meet a familiar face, and acquire even more tools of their deadly trade. Alongside a new map, Specialist, weapons, Scavenger Zed, narrative missions and Supply Pass refresh, ‘Operation: Deep Freeze’ introduces the first new boss, the Alpha Scavenger, adds dual-wielding support for the Krait and Bloodhound sidearms, longer mission lengths, updates to speed up the pace of combat and more.
The publisher revealed an action-packed new trailer on today’s Future Games Show, showcasing the new content that awaits players on all platforms.
