- ALL-NEW – Baby Shark Halloween Show – Pinkfong and the Baby Shark family return to SeaWorld San Diego for Halloween fun with an all-new live show at Mission Bay Theater, making SeaWorld San Diego the only place in California where families can experience this exclusive performance. Families can dance and sing along to Halloween songs with fin-tastic friends. This fall, guests can also meet a member of the Baby Shark Family during a special meet-and-greet and capture a memorable photo opportunity.
- ALL-NEW – Coral Candy Club Dance Party – The music will be turned up for guests to enjoy festive, family-friendly music that fills the air with upbeat fall fun.
- Captain Sweet Tooth’s Candy Trail – Costumed kids will find waves of Halloween fun as they trick-or-treat for ghoulish goodies along 8 candy stations. Trick-or-Treat station times will be posted on the daily park schedule and times may vary.
- Spookley the Square Pumpkin Celebration – At the Waterfront, meet Spookley the Square Pumpkin! Returning to SeaWorld, alongside his cheerful companion Jack Scarecrow. Together, they’ll host interactive story times, joyful dance parties, and a meet and greet.
- Waterfront Pumpkin Patch – The fan-favorite photo spot, with vibrant fall décor, scenic views of Mission Bay, and autumnal treats to sink your teeth in.
- Magical Mermaids –Young guests can enjoy special meet-and-greet moments with these enchanting underwater friends at the Rescue Jr. Stage.
- Halloween Scavenger Hunt – Little ghouls can embark on a journey and purchase a Halloween-themed Hunt Map to explore the park.
SeaWorld reusable candy bags are available to purchase at any retail location. Please note that guests who are ages 13 and older may not wear costume masks or hoods, and all costumes are subject to the normal dress code for the park. In addition, face painting is not permitted on any guests unless it is done by park artists.

Howl-O-Scream Returns with the Largest Lineup in History
Once the sun goes down, the screams rise. Howl-O-Scream, San Diego’s largest Halloween nighttime event, returns to SeaWorld San Diego beginning September 11, haunting select nights through October 31. 2026 marks the event’s sixth year – and most fear drenched – with its largest lineup yet: six terrifying haunted houses. Guests will venture deeper into the darkness than ever before, confronting new scare zones, pulse-pounding live performances, dark speakeasies and themed bars, and unspeakable horrors lurking around every shadowed corner.
