Star Trek: Strange New Worlds SDCC Season 4 Screening

This is such a great show which has easily been my favorite of the new Star Trek content.

On Friday, July 24th, enthusiastic Star Trek fans gathered for an exciting screening for Season 4 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds at Balboa Theatre in San Diego. As a kickoff to a weekend full of Star Trek celebrations at San Diego Comic-Con, the big-screen event featured the season four premiere episode, as well as an early look at episode two–along with surprise giveaways and an appearance from the cast and producers. Anson Mount (Pike), Rebecca Romijn (Una Chin-Riley), Ethan Peck (Spock), Christina Chong (La’an Noonien-Singh), Celia Rose Gooding (Uhura), Melissa Navia (Ortegas), Paul Wesley (James T. Kirk), plus series co-showrunners/executive producers Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers enthusiastically introduced the episodes in front of a packed theater, as fans got a taste of what’s to come this season.

Season 4 of Star Trek: Strange New Worlds premiered its first episode on Thursday, July 23, with new episodes available to stream every Thursday on Paramount+.

About Star Trek: Strange New Worlds Season 4:

The 10-episode fourth season premiered globally Thursday, July 23 on Paramount+. New episodes will be available weekly on Thursdays through Thursday, September 24. 

In season four of the Paramount+ Original Series, the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise – led by Captain Christopher Pike – embark on a series of thrilling and emotional adventures across the stars. As they journey to strange new worlds, they will battle inner demons and external threats, encounter colorful new characters, reunite with familiar faces and confront terrifying aliens. Through it all, they strive to embrace a bright, hopeful future.

Season four stars Anson Mount, Rebecca Romijn, Ethan Peck, Jess Bush, Christina Chong, Celia Rose Gooding, Melissa Navia, Babs Olusanmokun and Martin Quinn, along with guest stars Carol Kane and Paul Wesley.

The series is produced by CBS Studios, Secret Hideout and Roddenberry Entertainment. 

Akiva Goldsman and Henry Alonso Myers serve as co-showrunners. Alex Kurtzman, Akiva Goldsman, Henry Alonso Myers, Aaron Baiers, Dana Horgan, Alan McElroy, Robbie Thompson, Frank Siracusa, John Weber, Chris Fisher, Anson Mount, Rod Roddenberry and Trevor Roth serve as season four executive producers.
