WWE 2K26 has arrived and given fans an intense dose of wrestling action and full roster of favorite artists.
While I know of and have interviewed various wrestlers, my knowledge of all the storylines and personalities is not what it could be as I do not follow WWE as closely as fans do.
Going into the game I was a bit frustrated with the cut scenes. While amazingly done I was eager to skip them and get to the action.
The highly-detailed graphics made the action come alive and I gleefully enjoyed the mayhem in the ring and stomped, punched, ans dropped my opponent through various scenarios. While I mainly focused on solo play, I noted there were some great multiplayer options for those who want to up the challenge.
The roster of players combined with the graphics and audio made the experience for me highly immersive and was a true delight even when I was leaning the various moves.
The game offers plenty of fun as long as players are willing to accept what the game is versus listing all of the things they wish were included as it is a very passionate and knowledgeable fan base.
4 stars out of 5.
